Who we are
ITK - In The Know is a trading name. Content and community are operated alongside Videre Financial Planning Ltd, which is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from. If you create an account in future, we'll collect your name, email, and the profession you select. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
To send you the newsletter and content you've asked for, to run and improve the site, and - once accounts are live - to give you access to courses and track your progress. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that run the service on our behalf: our email platform (MailerLite) and our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase). Each handles data under its own agreement with us.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw.
